As we have said in many of our posts, tax lien investing is not a get rich quick scheme. Done right, an investment in Arizona tax liens will yield an excellent risk-adjusted return. You may be one of the lucky few who gets a property for cents on the dollar, but those events are the exception, not the rule. However, getting a double-digit return on investments backed by property with a low lien-to-value, is a pretty great thing (in our opinion). Doing so requires that you have a realistic vision of what you want and what you can reasonably achieve, and the focus and discipline to take the steps that get you there.
